Our engagements for better energy efficiency

We have several products ranges allowing to reduce energy consumption such as:
- New Subito toasters with up to 27% less energy1
- Filter coffee makers with optional "no keep-warm" setting that saves up to 19% energy2
- Pressure cookers with up to 50% energy saving3
- Air fryers with up to 70% energy saving4
- And our eco-modes integrated in some products, with for example up to 30% energy saving for a steam iron
And we will keep continuing our efforts to reduce the energy consumption of our products.

Our research and development teams design ingenious solutions so that our products require less energy while providing same service.

To achieve this, we seek to optimise the efficiency of the most energy-intensive technologies in our products, we also hunt down unnecessary energy losses and leaks, and we observe our consumers in order to adapt our products to their real needs.

Just what you need

Heat only the amount of water needed, this will consume less energy and the hot water will be ready much faster.

Use a lid for energy efficiency

A game-changing method: using a lid helps maintain the heat when cooking and boiling, requiring 25% less energy for faster cooking results.

For perfect searing, use the Thermo-Signal® indicator: it indicates when the frying pan is sufficiently preheated, then you can reduce the heat and avoid wasting energy.

Cut down size, cut down energy

Dicing your food into smaller pieces delivers faster cooking results, cutting down on time and energy.

Smart laundry car

At the end of the wash cycle, quickly remove your clothes and hang them carefully when drying. Spending a few more seconds spreading your clothes out will save you precious minutes when ironing. Shorter ironing sessions = time and energy saved.

Save your time and energy

Your iron heats up quickly : so begin by ironing fabrics that are ironed at low temperatures first, then go on to those requiring a higher temperature. So you will save your time.
