60 g *Caster sugar
1 *Egg
2 cl *Cream
60 g *Butter
2 snuifje *Salt
115 g *Plain flour
250 g *Mascarpone
25 cl *Liquid cream
30 g *Icing sugar
1 tl *Liquid vanilla
400 g *Red fruit

Préparation
Etape 1 /6
*Whisk together the egg and sugar in a bowl, then add the cream, butter, salt and flour. Mix until smooth.

*Preheat the appliance.

*Place 1 tablespoon of batter in the centre of each mould on the plate.

*Check for doneness and restart if necessary.

*Turn out and immediately place the bricelets on a rolling pin to give them a tile shape. Leave to harden and repeat the process.

*Pour the mascarpone, cream and sugar into a bowl and whip the mixture with an electric whisk. Using a piping bag, pipe the cream onto the bricelets, then decorate with the red fruit and dust with icing sugar.
